ABOUT ESORA OMAKASE

Esora Omakase is owned by the premium meat purveyor Wagyu Master USA — and adjacent to Japanese steak restaurant J-Spec.

 We serve an Omakase style tasting menu that highlights the finest Wagyu beef,

seafood imported straight from Japan and a seasonal selection of tempura.

WAGYU AT ESORA

     Esora Omakase exclusively serve A5 wagyu Japanese beef from different prefectures with the highest grade,

beef marbling score (BMS) of 10 or more (the BMS range is 3-12).

Marbling gives the meat its glorious tenderness, richness and juiciness. 

 Esora Omakase is one of only a few places in NYC that serves KOBE BEEF (from Kobe prefecture) and

OZAKI BEEF (from Miyazaki prefecture) with certificates of authenticity from Japan. Additionally, we

exclusively source select best cuts of A5 Wagyu from other parts of Japan. This ensures that our guests will

enjoy different types of Wagyu all at the finest quality possible.
